Toronto Police charged man in connection with child pornography investigation

Canada Global (Web News) According to police, a 55-year-old Toronto man has been charged in relation to a child pornography investigation.

According to Toronto police, on January 25, investigators carried out a search warrant in the vicinity of Runnymede Road and St. Clair Avenue West in conjunction with a probe into the possession of materials related to child sexual abuse.

Toronto resident Robert Cofell, 55, was reportedly detained by police.

He was reportedly charged with four counts of making child pornography available in addition to two charges each of possessing and accessing child pornography.

He was supposed to show up in court on Wednesday, according to the police.
