Canada Global (Web News) The suspected murder of a police officer, who was, according to authorities, ambushed while responding to a report, is still under investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police.
According to police, Const. Grzegorz “Greg” Pierzchala was tragically shot when he arrived at the scene of a car in a ditch west of Hagersville, Ontario, on Tuesday afternoon.
30-year-old Brandi Crystal and 25-year-old Randall McKenzie Each of Lyn Stewart-Sperry and others involved in his death are accused of first-degree murder.
According to the police, McKenzie had been charged in 2021 with various guns offences as well as assaulting a peace officer and was therefore prohibited from possessing firearms forever.
After he skipped a September court date, a warrant was issued for his arrest, and further accusations were brought against him.
