To Be Allowed To Hold A Rally At Liberty Chowk, Tehreek-E-Insaaf’s Application In The High Court
Canada Global(Web News)Lahore High Court could not hear the PTI’s request for permission to hold a rally at Liberty Chowk.
Due to the absence of Justice Raheel Kamran of Lahore High Court, the application could not be heard today. An application was filed in the Lahore High Court by PTI Additional Secretary Azimullah Khan for the rally at Liberty Chowk.
DC Lahore and others have been made parties in the petition, which states that 5 days ago, the parties concerned have applied for permission to hold a rally, but it is everyone’s constitutional right to hold a peaceful rally.
On behalf of the petitioner, it has been requested that the court should allow the rally at Liberty Chowk on October 15 at 7 pm, the court should also issue an order to make security arrangements for the rally.
