The App Was Introduced To Listen To The Complaints Of Bank Customers

 Canada Global(Web News)State Bank has introduced ‘Hearing App’ to address the complaints of bank customers.

According to the State Bank of Pakistan, this app has been introduced to solve the problems of bank customers, improve the efficiency of banks and make them transparent.
Bank customers can file complaints about any facilities and products of banks including Roshan digital account on hearing.

Access to Sunvai is provided through internet web as well as android and ios mobile phones.
With the launch of the portal, banks have been directed to provide prompt and fair resolution of complaints.
State Bank has expressed hope that this hearing will strengthen the confidence of bank customers.
