Canada Global(Web News) Researchers from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have issued a warning regarding the mental state of health care workers across the country.

A new report from the institute, using nationwide survey data between 208 and 2022, found that nearly half of health workers reported mental, physical and emotional stress in 2022. The report also revealed that Reports of harassment at work by healthcare workers have also doubled.
A recently released report also found that health care workers experience the worst mental health outcomes compared to employees in other industries. The largest strike comes after 75,000 health care workers walked out in five states and the District of Columbia, citing chronic stress and chronic staffing shortages.
