Army and judiciary should think where we stand today, says Imran Khan

Canada Global (Web News) Imran Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), urged the military and the judiciary to consider the country’s current state in light of the prevailing economic and political crisis.

In a speech to the nation delivered via video, Khan said that calling early elections was the best way to address the nation’s “alarming” continuing economic situation.

The media outlets who were responsible for informing the public about the current economic crisis aren’t doing their jobs, according to Khan, who claimed that this may be the worst economic disaster this nation has ever seen.

The former prime minister claimed that because economic decline would have an impact on the entire nation, he was also addressing the institutions.

According to Khan, the PTI government’s National Security Policy (NSP) said that even though the Soviet Union’s military forces were the best in the world, they were unable to prevent the state’s demise because of the country’s dire economic situation.
