Canada Global Tv (Web News) Prince Harry is reportedly lobbying Netflix to get them to release his and wife Meghan Markle’s planned docuseries next year rather than next month.
The Duke of Sussex wants his and Meghan’s Netflix series to debut around the same time as the publication of his own eagerly anticipated memoir Spare, due out on January 10, 2023, according to sources.
To draw viewers during the holiday season, the streaming juggernaut intends to debut the docuseries some time in December.
The Harry’s team has reportedly been frantically requesting Netflix to pause the filming.
According to sources, Prince Harry made sure that Spare and the Netflix documentary would release at the same time, but he had to postpone the publication of his book owing to some last-minute revisions and is now having trouble persuading Netflix to postpone the programme.
According to one source, Harry “just does not want it going out before Christmas.”
It is important to note that the majority of Harry and Meghan’s Netflix docuseries has already been filmed as part of their massive £113 million deal, with Meghan referring to it as a “love tale.” This is all part of their enormous contract.
