The Intra-Party Elections Have Been Held? Will Pti Get An Election Symbol?

Canada Global(Web News)Tehreek-e-Insaf’s intra-party elections have been completed, but many legal requirements for the election have remained incomplete.

According to legal experts, Akbar S. Babar has been given the best justification to challenge the intra-party election due to several legal flaws in the hastily conducted intra-party election by the PTI leadership.

According to the party constitution, the National Council was supposed to hold elections, but no formal meeting was held. Before the election, no panel was formed, no ballot papers were printed, no nomination papers were advertised, no opportunity was given to object to the papers, all the candidates were elected unopposed.

Nomination papers for the intra-party election had to be submitted by 3 pm on Friday. Akbar S. Babar, founder member of the party, went to the party secretariat to collect the nomination papers and voter list and was told that the time for submitting the nomination papers had expired.

On the other hand, the sources of Tehreek-e-Insaf Election Commission say that the Party Election Commission fulfilled all the necessary legal requirements of the intra-party elections, which will be defended in every legal forum. After consultation with the founder Tehreek-e-Insaaf, nomination papers for other positions including the president will be made in the next two days.

Umar Ayub, Hammad Azhar, Ali Amin Gandapur participated in the election from an unknown location while Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Yasmeen Rashid won the election unopposed from jail. Notifications of newly elected officials will be issued by Monday.

Legal experts believe that Akbar S. Babar’s position in the judicial forum will be further strengthened due to several legal flaws in the hasty election, while Akbar S. Babar has already announced to challenge this election as a selection. .
