Canada Global(Web News) Federal Ministry of Information has ordered to ban online gambling advertisements during the Pakistan Australia Test series.
The Federal Ministry of Information has said in a letter issued yesterday that in the Perth Test between Pakistan and Australia, logos of companies that play surrogates were displayed. Publicity is going on to investigate and identify those responsible and submit a report within a week.
Meanwhile, PTV has spoken to the primary media right holders to stop surrogate advertisements, failing which the licenses will be revoked. The PCB has been asked to implement the instructions in this regard. PTA has been asked to set up a wing to monitor surrogate advertisements.
