Order to drop all cases against Azam Swati

Balochistan High Court Justice Hashim Kakar pronounced this decision on the request of PTI leader’s son Usman Swati.
He ordered the police to drop the cases registered against the senior politician in the province.
Azam Swati’s lawyer Naseebullah Tareen and SSP Investigation Asad Nasir participated in the hearing.

Earlier this week, the High Court had restrained the police from registering further cases against the PTI leader after his son approached the court.
The petitioner had requested the court to release his father.

It should be remembered that the PTI senator was transferred to Quetta by a special flight to be handed over to the Balochistan Police by the Judicial Magistrate of Islamabad last Friday.
