IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq issued the order while hearing a petition filed by Sulaiman Shahbaz seeking protective bail in the case as he intends to end his self-imposed exile and return to Pakistan. .
During the hearing, Amjad Pervez, the lawyer of the Prime Minister’s son, told the court that his client will reach Islamabad from Saudi Arabia on December 11, on which the Chief Justice ordered the accused to appear in court by December 13.
A day earlier, Sulaiman Shehbaz filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail in the High Court, arguing that a false case of money laundering has been registered against him.
