Peel police recover nearly 200 stolen appliances worth approximately $350,000

Canada Global (Web News) According to Peel Regional Police, 176 home appliances and other gadgets that were taken from three different warehouses have been recovered, and two individuals have been charged.

Officers were called to reports of a theft from a business logistics warehouse in Brampton on January 7, according to the police.

Police said that the suspects were spotted loading a truck with many stolen appliances.

Following the identification of the suspects, police allegedly discovered a loaded illegal firearm and ammo while executing a search warrant at a Mississauga business.

They claimed to have also discovered the $350,000 worth of stolen appliances from three warehouses.

Devon Taylor, 41, and Anderson Ramgoolam, 42, both of Toronto, have been charged by the police with possession of stolen property worth more than $5,000.
