Imran Khan criticises PPP over Sindh LG polls

(Canada Global Web News) Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, expressed his disappointment with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Wednesday, saying the party “had no commitment to fair and free elections” as seen by the local body elections.

The PPP won the most seats in Karachi and won a resounding majority in the Hyderabad division, making it the clear winner of Sindh’s local body elections in the second round.

However, the PTI leader criticised the government, claiming that “it employs force, extortion, police harassment, and money to acquire votes” rather than organising fair elections.
