Canada Global(Web News)Calgary police are investigating an alleged bank robbery that occurred Saturday afternoon in the city’s southwest.
A Scotiabank inside Lakeview Plaza at 6449 Crowchild Trail SW was stopped, according to a spokesperson for the Calgary Police Service.
A masked man is believed to have been involved, but fled before officers arrived, according to police.
Police did not provide details about what actually happened inside the bank.
