Canada Global (Web News) The Federal Investigation Agency has arrested Aamir Liaquat’s widow, Dania Shah, according to FIA officials on Thursday.
Dania was apprehended during a raid by the FIA Cyber Crime Wing (CCW) Lodhran. Liaquat’s third wife has been apprehended for allegedly posting a contentious video on social media.
Officials confirmed that the action was taken in response to a complaint from the TV anchorperson’s daughter.
Salma Bibi, Dania’s mother, said police and other officials “barged” into their home and arrested her daughter. “I went to the police station, but they aren’t telling me anything, and Dania isn’t here either.”
