Canada Global (Web News) Zartaj Gul, a former minister for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, has been called to appear before the Punjab anti-corruption at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) for her alleged role in giving contracts for various projects to her front men, costing the government exchequer millions of rupees.
On April 19, Zartaj Gul was previously called, but she did not show. Along with her, her private secretary and husband have also been called.
Sources claim that Zartaj Gul and her husband changed the projects and gave contracts to their front men in exchange for substantial bribes. Zartaj Gul has received a last notice from the anti-corruption Punjab, who have asked her to appear in front of them on May 11.
