Canada Global(Web News)Bushra Bibi’s interim bail has been extended in the Toshakhana fake receipt case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad heard the bail application in 6 cases of Tosha Khana fake receipts of Bushra Bibi and 6 cases of Chairman PTI.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary, advocate, appeared in the court while Chairman PTI did not appear in the court and the report regarding the appearance of the former prime minister could not be submitted.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing on PTI chairman’s bail application in 6 cases till November 28, while interim bail was extended till November 28 in Bushra Bibi’s Toshakhana fake receipt case.
