Canada Global(Web News)IMF has asked the Ministry of Finance to report the losses of government institutions for the first quarter of the current financial year.
According to the documents, the finance ministry has sought an extension from the IMF till December 2023 to provide the report.
The IMF mission refused to accept the report of old statistics on losses of public institutions during the negotiations.
The IMF delegation also inspected the team of the Central Monitoring Unit for estimating the losses of government institutions. The IMF mission also requested the Central Monitoring Unit team to provide its first assessment report.
According to the sources, the IMF delegation has been informed that the new statistics of government institutions are being reviewed which will be completed soon while the finance ministry will send the report of losses of government institutions to the IMF.
