The Government Will Appeal Against The Decision Of The Military Courts, Said The Prime Minister

 Canada Global(Web News)Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar has announced to file an appeal against the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the trial of civilians in military courts.

Speaking on a private TV program, Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar said that the government will appeal against the decision of the military courts because Parliament has the right to change the law.

He said that I am a citizen of this country, there is no wrong doing if I play any role regarding the media as caretaker prime minister.

“I think it’s a challenging theme that people have an opinion about but don’t express it,” he said.

Regarding the evacuation of Afghans from the country, the prime minister said that lakhs of people have left from Torkham and Chaman border and many people are going, seeing the seriousness of the government, action will be taken against those who do not have documents.

Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said that searches are being conducted where there may be illegal people, after the deadline law enforcement agencies will take action, check posts will be established.

He said that if anyone is found after the deadline, they will be arrested and deported.

The caretaker prime minister said that we do not want to break ties with Afghanistan at all
