    Canada Global(Web News) Police have launched an investigation after a suspicious death at a hotel in southeast Calgary.

    Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 0-100 block of Shawville Road SE in the Shawnee neighborhood around 3 a.m. Police said a man was found dead in a suite, according to a post on social media.
    Acting Staff Sergeant Jono Brady confirmed that the incident took place on the fourth floor of the hotel. A children’s birthday party was going on at the hotel at the time of the incident.

    One person is in custody and the Calgary Police Service’s Homicide Unit is investigating the incident, Brady said.
    The investigation is still early and we have no further information at this time, with an incident like this the entire hotel is a crime scene

    Canada Global(Web News)Toronto police are investigating the death of a man in a fight at a residential building in west Toronto early Saturday morning.

    Just before 6:00 a.m., police received a report of a fight at a residential building on Lawrence Avenue West at Weston Road. Police say that the injured person in the building was pronounced dead on the spot.
    The case has been reported to the Toronto Police Homicide Unit.

    A person intentionally ran over four people, 1 killed, 3 injured

    Canada Global(Web News) Toronto Police’s Homicide Unit is investigating the case of four people being hit by the driver of a vehicle in the parking lot of a residential building in North York. Three persons were seriously injured in this incident while one person died.

    Emergency crews were called to the scene at 250 Cassandry Boulevard near Victoria Park Avenue at 12:40 a.m. Wednesday. Police said that three persons were taken to the hospital while one woman already succumbed to her injuries. Two other persons also sustained injuries and were treated while the fourth person was treated on the spot.
    Police said that the driver of the vehicle was arrested. Inspector Carey Fernandez said that the case is being investigated by the Homicide Unit in collaboration with the Traffic Services. The police have also received such information that these persons were deliberately hit. The reason behind this is not known.
    Police have not released any information about Mashkook’s relationship with the injured or killed woman, but a resident of the building said the driver of the vehicle was in his 70s and had problems with several people in the building.
