Canada Global (Web News) A dignified and patriotic Solidarity Day ceremony was held at the Consulate of Pakistan in Canada to express full solidarity with Pakistan.
A large number of the British Pakistani community attended and expressed their unwavering commitment and full support for Pakistan, the Kashmiri people and the Pakistani Armed Forces. Addressing the event, Pakistan’s Consul General Zahid Ahmed Jatoi said that the purpose of Solidarity Day is not only to highlight national unity and solidarity but also to inform the overseas community about the current regional situation. He strongly rejected India’s nefarious attempt to link the fake terrorist attack in Kashmir’s tourist spot Pahalgam with Pakistan, saying that it is yet another failed conspiracy to throw dust in the eyes of the international community. The Consul General asserted that Pakistan is the world’s largest Muslim nuclear power and if Modi is fond of war, we will chew him up.
Exposing India’s role in the ongoing terrorism in Balochistan, he said that India is involved in conspiracies to destabilize Pakistan. Other speakers on the occasion said that Pakistan has always wanted peace and has been raising its voice against terrorism at every forum in the world, but if war is imposed, Pakistan is capable of giving a complete and decisive response. Even while living abroad, we are connected to our homeland. The sacrifices Pakistan has made against terrorism are unparalleled. The educationist had predicted in 2019 that India would abrogate the Indus Water Treaty. The speakers said that the Modi government has made the lives of minorities a taboo and today the world has come to know what the real face of India is. The leaders strongly condemned India’s aggressive policies and announced full support for the state of Pakistan, its armed forces and the Kashmir cause. At the end of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the security, development of Pakistan and the freedom of the Kashmiri people. The audience also raised slogans of “Long Live Pakistan” and “Long Live the Pak Army”, which filled the hall with immense joy.
