Canada Global(Web News)In the flight from Switzerland to Bangkok, the passenger husband and wife got into a heated argument, due to which the plane had to make an emergency landing in New Delhi.
According to the international news agency, the passenger plane of the German airline Lufthansa made an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. This plane was going to Bangkok from the city of Munich in Switzerland.
Before the emergency landing in India, the plane had asked for permission to land in Pakistan, but due to the lack of permission, the pilot landed in New Delhi, where the two passengers were taken off the plane.
After handing over the couple to security at Indira Gandhi Airport, the plane left for its destination. The passenger’s spouse was not identified. Indian aviation authorities have contacted the German embassy regarding the passenger couple and it is yet to decide whether the couple will be handed over to the police or sent to the embassy.
After landing at Indira Gandhi Airport, the couple apologized to the flight crew for their behavior and requested them to continue their journey.
