Canada Global(Web News)Police are searching for a dump truck that dumped debris on the Gardner Expressway in Etobicoke. The debris falling from this truck damaged many vehicles and also affected the traffic.
The wreckage fell from the truck about 6:30 a.m. between Park Lawn Road and Islington Avenue, west of Gardner. According to the information given by the police, four vehicles were damaged when large chunks of concrete fell on the highway. No one was injured in the incident. Three right lanes were also blocked at Park Lawn.
According to reports, several vehicles had to stop on one side of the highway due to the falling debris. Crews also attended the scene to protect other vehicles between Park Lawn and Islington. The dump truck was last seen heading north on Highway 427.
