According to the police, the first such incident took place on March 13 at 12:24 PM. The incident happened at Dundas Street East and Victoria Street. Police said a man who was suspicious attacked a citizen making princely comments. On March 15, police said a man was riding the subway in the area of Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue around 7:38 p.m. He was deliberately hit by a suspicious person.
Police said the suspect also assaulted the man and made racist comments. He then took out a weapon and started threatening the man. According to investigators, the suspect is a man of medium build, with brown hair, and was last seen wearing a green hooded sweater, blue jeans and beige Nike sneakers.
