Canada Global (Web News) In connection with “delaying to declare the election date” in the province, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) launched legal action against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Haji Ghulam Ali on Thursday.
Taimur Khan Jhagra, a former provincial minister, said: “On behalf of legal authority Qazi Mohammad Anwar, a notice was submitted to the KP governor. After negotiations with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the governor has not announced the election date.”
Jhagra stated, “By sending the KP governor a formal notice, we have begun the process of initiating legal action against him. Soon, the next move against Haji Ghulam Ali will be made public.”
