Canada Global(Web News) A new survey shows that 51 percent of Canadians support banning the social media app TikTok.
Canada has ordered its own national security review of TikTok, which was revealed by the Liberal government after the US bill passed earlier this month.
Just over a third of respondents, 8 percent, said they would oppose a ban, according to a poll of 1,605 Canadians from March 23 to 25. Younger Canadians are more likely to use TikTok than their older counterparts. There are fewer supporters. About half of those between 18 and 34 reported being on TikTok,
