Islamabad Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Basheer heard the request to suspend the arrest warrant of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif in Tosha Khana case, Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Qazi Misbah and NAB prosecutor appeared in the court.
Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer said that Nawaz Sharif wants to face the cases in the court and will reach Pakistan on October 21, requesting the court to suspend the warrant till the 24th.
Judge Muhammad Bashir inquired whether he had applied in the High Court, to which Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer said that no, he did not approach the High Court in this case. In one such case of Ishaq Dar, the warrant was suspended.

During the hearing, the NAB prosecutor said that Nawaz Sharif has asked for two reliefs, he is saying that he wants to surrender in the court, if you want to listen to Nawaz Sharif, then suspend the warrant.
After hearing the arguments of the lawyer Safi and the NAB prosecutor, the court reserved its decision on the request for the arrest warrant of the Muslim League-N leader.
It should be noted that an application was filed in the Accountability Court on behalf of Nawaz Sharif’s lawyers yesterday.
