Canada Global(Web News)Calgary crane accident leaves 1 injured Emergency crews were at the scene of a crane accident in Calgary’s Montgomery neighborhood near a construction site Wednesday morning.
According to the Calgary Fire Department, fire crews responded to the scene of the crash in the 4900 block of 22nd Avenue Northwest around 11 a.m.
A male patient was evaluated by Alberta Health Services EMS personnel, CFD said.
An AHS spokeswoman confirmed that one adult was taken to the hospital with what appeared to be serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.
The fire department also said the crane is stable.
