Canada Global(Web News)Last evening, a person died after being hit by a vehicle in Edmonton.
According to police, at approximately 10:44 p.m. officers responded to a call of a single vehicle collision in the area of Parsons Road and 28th Avenue. The Edmonton Police Service said a 2012 Toyota Tundra truck was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes on Parsons Road. The driver then swerved to avoid hitting another vehicle and hit a wooden pole and then a metal utility pole on the east side of the road.The crash sent a 54-year-old driver to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. However, he died. No one else was injured in the accident.
