Canada Global (Web News) On Saturday, the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Molana Abdul Shakoor dies in a car accident.
His death was confirmed by Islamabad police.
According to reports, Mr. Shakoor was driving from the Marriott hotel to the secretariat chowk when his car was struck by a Hilux Revo carrying five passengers. The story said, “He was transferred to Polyclinic hospital, but he could be brought back to life.”
Following reports, the police and rescue personnel arrived to the scene. First assistance was given to the injured by the rescue crews, and the police opened an investigation into the occurrence.
The automobile and its occupants were reportedly taken into custody, according to the police. Marriyum Aurangzeb, the federal minister of information, arrived at the scene in the meantime.
