Canada Global (Web News) Maryam Nawaz, senior vice president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), attacked Imran Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), on Monday, claiming that the latter had acquired property for his ancestors by selling the Toshakhana gifts.
Speaking at a gathering in Lahore, Ms. Nawaz made fun of the ousted premier’s election campaign, saying, “Imran Khan claims that while he does not have the freedom to stage an election, I do. Four years have passed while we have struggled. Imran Khan wasn’t singled out, though.”
She bemoaned the fact that Mr. Khan never even made it to the residence of PTI employee Ali Bilal, also known as Zill-e-Shah. She said, “The mother of Zill-e-Shah claimed that Imran Khan’s sons were residing abroad. But my son was murdered.”
