Hamas blamed US President Joe Biden for the hospital attack.
Earlier, the White House said that Hamas has established a command and control center in al-Shafa hospital in Gaza, where Hamas has stored weapons.
There are 650 patients, 1,000 medical staff and 5,000 to 7,000 refugees in Al-Shafa Hospital.
The spokesperson of Al-Shifa Hospital says that the Israeli army has reached the basement of the Shifa Hospital and has started searching the basement.
