Canada Global(Web News)The Islamabad High Court has fixed the petitions for restoration of bail in NAB cases of Chairman PTI Imran Khan for hearing.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Aamir Farooq will hear PTI chairman’s bail plea in the 190 million pound scandal and Tosha Khana NAB investigation cases on November 7.
Islamabad High Court Registrar Office released the cause list, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri joined the bench on his return after a month’s leave.
It should be remembered that the Accountability Court canceled the bail of chairman PTI in NAB cases for non-compliance.
Chairman PTI approached the Islamabad High Court for restoration of bail.
