According to the news agency, the two elderly women released by Hamas, 79-year-old Nurit Cooper and 85-year-old Yoshiod Lifshitz, belong to Israel. According to Arab media reports, the two women released by Hamas were sent to Israel by the International Red Cross. Earlier, Hamas released two American women on humanitarian grounds under an agreement with the Qatari government.
