For The First Time In The History Of Psl, A Female Bowling Coach Has Been Appointed For The Male Players

Canada Global(Web News) For the first time in the history of PSL, a female fast bowling coach has been appointed for the men’s team.

According to Multan Sultans, 30-year-old Catherine Dalton from Ireland has been appointed as the fast bowling coach of Multan Sultans. Catherine Dalton is an English Cricket Board Advanced Level Three Certified Coach. She has played four ODIs and four T20Is for the Ireland Women’s National Team.
Catherine has coaching experience in the UK and India and has previously worked with young Pakistani fast bowlers including Mohammad Ilyas, Samin Gul, Arshad Iqbal and the Under-19 players.

Catherine’s coaching career includes serving as Assistant Head Coach with the Fast Bowling Academy in the UK and the Ultimate Peace Foundation in India.
Catherine Dalton told ESPNcricinfo that she is thrilled to be joining the PSL franchise. It is an honor to work for the men’s T20 franchise as a female coach.
