Canada Global(Web News) Flight operations across the country were affected due to severe fog, due to which 24 flights could not take off.
Due to the fog, more than 50 domestic and foreign flights were delayed, while 88 local and international flights from all over the country could not depart for their destination during the last 3 days.
Officials say that due to bad weather in Islamabad, a private airline flight from Jeddah to Islamabad landed in Lahore and a private airline flight from Muscat to Sialkot also landed in Lahore.
Apart from this, PIA flight PK 258 from Sharjah to Peshawar landed in Karachi.
Many flights could not take off due to fog, flight PK 261 from Islamabad to Abu Dhabi, flight PK 234 from Dubai to Islamabad was cancelled.
PIA flight PK 322 from Lahore to Quetta and PI flight 530 and 531 from Karachi to Sukkur also failed to take off.
