Law-abiding citizens are the hallmark of any civilized society. British Railways Minister Lord Peter Handy was driving a bus to a charity event in London when he began talking on his mobile phone. A bystander reported the incident to the police. When questioned, Lord Peter admitted to making a left turn and listening to his mobile phone while driving without compromising his position, which was a violation of the law. He was fined and had six points on his driving license.
