Bangladesh Was Defeated By Australia In The T20 World Cup, Super Eight Stage

 Canda Global(  WebNews) North Sound Antigua, Australia defeated Bangladesh by 28 runs under the Duckworth Lewis method in the Super Eight stage of the T20 World Cup, the match was canceled due to rain. Australia were given a target of 140 runs but before the rain started, the Kangaroos had scored 100 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 11.2 overs.

Opener David Warner scored 53 runs. Earlier, Australia won the toss and invited Bangladesh to bat first. In the 44th match of the ICCT20 World Cup, Bangladesh batted first and scored 140 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Out for no runs, Latan Das was out for 16 runs.

Captain Najamul Hasan played a responsible innings and was the most outstanding batsman by scoring 41 runs, he was supported by Tawheed who scored 40 runs, all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan could only score 8 runs, Tasin Ahmed scored an unbeaten 13 runs. For the Kangaroos, Pete Cummins took 3, Adam Zampa took 2 while Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stones and Mitchell Starc got one each.
