American military plane crashed in Japan; Fear of casualties

Canada Global(Web News)A US military plane crashed on a Japanese island with 6 people on board.

According to the World News Agency, a fire suddenly broke out in the engine of a US military hybrid aircraft that could also work as a helicopter flying over Yakushima, an island in southwestern Japan.

The US aircraft was en route from the Iwakuni base in Japan’s western Yamaguchi prefecture to the Kadena base in the southwestern region of Okinawa. After the fire, a US military plane attempted to land at Yakushima Airport but failed and crashed.

The plane was on fire when it crashed. After the accident, 6 boats and 2 helicopters have been sent to the site for rescue operations.

The Japan Coast Guard said that one person was found dead near the accident site. It should be remembered that there were 6 people on the plane whose identity was not disclosed.
