A Pilot Project For Drinking Alcohol In Toronto’s Parks Has Been Extended Until March 31

Yesterday, the City Council approved a pilot program to allow drinking in parks until March 31, 2024. He got 17 votes to 3. Earlier this pilot project was run from August 2 to October 9. Accordingly, people 19 years of age or older were allowed to drink alcohol in 27 city parks.
Most of these locations were in downtown Toronto, with some in North York and Scarborough. No parks in Etobicoke participated in the program.
