Canada Global(Web News) The driver who overturned his car after hitting several parked cars in the Junction area of Toronto yesterday morning has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
The accident happened at 3:00pm on Dundas Street, near St John’s Place, east of Runnymede Road. Police say the driver hit several other vehicles before overturning, trapping the driver and extricating him from Toronto fire crews.
Paramedics confirmed the man was taken to hospital in critical condition. His condition is said to be out of danger. Police believe that alcohol was involved in the incident and strict legal action will be taken against the driver.
