Canada Global(Web News) Lack of ambulances in Toronto has become a daily thing. The city’s paramedic union said Monday after issuing a code red.
Mike Merriman, head of Toronto’s Civic Employees Union Local 416 paramedics unit, said Tuesday afternoon that it wouldn’t be surprising if someone died while waiting for an ambulance before receiving treatment.
A day earlier, the union had posted on social media to inform people about the shortage of ambulances in the city. This situation was named Code Red.
