Canada Global (Web News) Bangladesh was likely to emerge as a neutral option for Pakistan due to the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) opposition to having World Cup matches in India.
According to media reports, the PCB was considering adopting a hybrid model for the World Cup, which was scheduled to take place in the neighbouring nation in October and November, after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) informed the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) that they would not visit Pakistan for the tournament.
