Bacteria keanumycins to be named after John Wick

Canada Global (Web News) John Wick, a fictional character played by Keanu Reeves, is so effective at killing that new microorganisms bearing his name have been discovered.

Germany’s Leibniz Institute released the naming of a new microbe named Keanu Reeves.

Curiously, the actor found out about this through admirers on social media who were discussing the bacteria that was named after him.

Prior to the marketing of his newest movie, John Wick 4, the actor responded to fans’ questions on social media. He was shocked to hear this.

They ought to have given the germs on John Wick a name, but I also feel honoured because of the scientists, he responded.

Scientists gave the bacterium the name “keanumycins” because the fungus can be just as lethal as John Wick.

It should be remembered that the John Wick series consists of 3 films, and the release of John Wick: Chapter 4 was delayed because of the Corona virus pandemic.

The movie will now be seen in theatres everywhere on March 24, 2023.
