Canada Global (Web News) Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, the chief minister of Punjab, signed the summary for the dissolution of the provincial assembly on Thursday.
Elahi went to see Imran Khan, the PTI leader, at his Lahore residence in Zaman Park after getting a vote of confidence from the Punjab Assembly early on Thursday.
I Parvez Elahi, chief minister of Punjab, hereby advise you to dissolve the provincial legislature, Elahi said in a one-line letter to Punjab Governor Balighur Rehman.
“Promise fulfilled. May we see you back in the prime minister seat soon @ImranKhanPTI,” said Moonis.
The Punjab governor, meanwhile, confirmed that he had received the summary sent by Elahi.
