This case was filed by South Africa in the International Court of Justice. This case has taken a stand against Israel during the attacks on Gaza, the genocide of Palestinians, this case led to the emergency suspension of the ongoing Israeli military operation in Gaza. In the 84-page petition, South Africa said that Israel is committing genocide by killing Palestinians in Gaza, creating conditions that destroy them mentally and physically.
