Canada Global(Web News)Toronto police have arrested a driver, who allegedly hit several police cruisers. Investigators are also trying to determine if the driver pushed a woman from his moving vehicle.
Investigators were called to the crash in the area of Humber College Boulevard on Highway 27 just after 5:30 pm Wednesday. Police said a driver in a black sedan hit several vehicles in the area and fled the scene. Constable Laura Brabant says a woman was found with serious injuries and police are trying to determine the cause. She was not thrown out of a moving sedan.
He said that information has been given by the eyewitnesses that the woman was riding in the car and either she fell from the moving vehicle or she was pushed. He said that the matter is being investigated. He said that several police cruisers collided with this driver and one officer was also injured.
The driver was eventually spotted on Highway 27 in the area of Albion Road and arrested there. He said that many charges can be made against this driver.
