The shooting happened at a military base in Iran’s Kerman province. The personnel were resting in their barracks at the time of the firing. The cause of the incident is not yet known. According to media reports, the official fled after the incident, and the search is on. It should be clear that 94 people were killed and more than 100 injured as a result of the bomb blasts in Kerman this month. The terrorist organization ISIS claimed responsibility for these blasts. Earlier in 2022, a soldier killed another soldier and three police officers at a police station in the southern part of the country.
